- Respect personal space and property.
- Keep conversations polite and professional.
Reliability and Responsibility
- Be punctual, drivers should arrive on time, riders should be ready at pickup.
- Cancel responsibly; repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your account.
- Handle packages with care when using delivery services.
Inclusivity and Equity
- omegaRide is for everyone, regardless of gender, age, ability, or background.
- Drivers and riders should support accessibility needs whenever possible.
- We encourage feedback to make our platform more inclusive.
Fairness and Transparency
- Riders agree to pay the fare shown in the app.
- Drivers agree to complete trips as requested, without detours or overcharging.
- Ratings should reflect genuine experiences, not personal bias.
Zero Tolerance
We do not tolerate:
- Violence, threats, or harassment.
- Discrimination of any kind.
- Fraudulent activity, including false accounts or payment abuse.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
