- Do not misuse company resources, data, or intellectual property.
2. Compliance with Laws and Policies
- Follow all applicable laws, including Ghana's labor, transport, and data protection regulations.
- Adhere to omegaRide's internal policies, including Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
- Respect contractual obligations with partners and stakeholders.
3. Respect and Inclusion
- Treat colleagues, drivers, riders, and partners with dignity and fairness.
- Foster a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
- Promote gender equity, accessibility, and inclusivity in all operations.
4. Data Protection and Confidentiality
- Safeguard personal and sensitive data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- Use customer and partner data only for authorized business purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal information, even after leaving omegaRide.
5. Safety and Responsibility
- Prioritize safety in all decisions and operations.
- Report unsafe practices, misconduct, or violations immediately.
- Support drivers and riders in maintaining a secure and respectful environment.
6. Accountability and Reporting
- Take responsibility for your actions and decisions.
- Report unethical behavior, fraud, or corruption through designated reporting channels.
- omegaRide will protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
7. Partnership Standards
- Partners must align with omegaRide's values of fairness, sustainability, and user empowerment.
- Contracts with partners should include commitments to ethical practices and compliance.
- Joint initiatives must respect community needs and regulatory frameworks.
8. Consequences of Misconduct
- Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.
- Serious breaches may be referred to regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
